Experience Egypt

An
exciting trip is being planned to Egypt in October 2009. It will include:
·
time in Cairo where we will
visit the Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx;
·
taking a Nile Cruiser for 3
days from Aswan to Luxor from which we will see the High Dam & Philae
Temple, the Ptolemaic Temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu; have excursions to the
Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Colossi of Memnon,
Luxor and Karnak Temples;
·
some free time in Sharm el
Sheikh;
·
finally an overnight stay
at St. Catherine’s Monastery with breakfast on top of Moses Mountain.
This
is being planned through ITS, the company that arranged the 1999 Pilgrimage to
Israel, the 2003 Pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi and the 2005 visit to the
Passion Play in the Snow in Finland.
